SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs:  

All orders within India are shipped free of charge. For international orders under INR 40,000 (approximately USD 540), a shipping fee of INR 1500 per kg (approximately USD 30) applies. Orders above INR 40,000 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery Time:  

Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. Our general delivery timeframe is 10-12 business days. You will receive notifications via text message as soon as your order is shipped from our end, along with tracking details. In cases of manufacturing delays, delivery may take up to 25 business days.

Delayed Dispatch:  

If your order dispatch is delayed beyond the expected date, please contact us at 9717317087 or email support@atijah.com, and we will assist you promptly.

Tracking Orders:  

For domestic orders within India, you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. International orders can be tracked 24 hours after dispatch. International orders take 10-15 working days to ship from our end.

Customs & Duties:  

Customs and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be estimated by us before or after placing an order

Cancellation Policy:  

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled. The customer agrees not to dispute cancellations made by Atijah. Atijah reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Courier Details:  

Delivery takes 7-12 business days, excluding payment verification and administrative processes. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery is trackable and insured. The addressee will be required to sign for the package upon delivery. Redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times if no one is available to receive the package.

Mailing Hours:  

Orders are processed and packed during operation hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (excluding public holidays).
